Load binaries and environment:

#Need Miniconda
module load devel/Miniconda/Miniconda3
module load bioinfo/ATLAS/2.0.0

To unload module, unload  in order:

module unload bioinfo/ATLAS/2.0.0
module unload devel/Miniconda/Miniconda3

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/ATLAS/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_atlas-v2.0.0.sh
