#Need Miniconda
module load devel/Miniconda/Miniconda3
module load bioinfo/AnnotSV/3.4

To unload module, unload  in order:

module unload bioinfo/AnnotSV/3.4
module unload devel/Miniconda/Miniconda3

Path to annotationsDir (-annotationsDir option): /usr/local/bioinfo/src/AnnotSV/AnnotSV-v3.4/AnnotSV_annotations

AnnotSV -annotationsDir /usr/local/bioinfo/src/AnnotSV/AnnotSV-v3.4/AnnotSV_annotations

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/AnnotSV/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_AnnotSV-v3.4.sh
