Load binaries and environment:

-> Version v2.5.1

module load bioinfo/BLAZE/2.5.1

Warning! By default 127 are used on the node. Don't forget to adjust -t option of blaze and --cpus-per-task option for Slurm.

Example directory for use on cluster:

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/BLAZE/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_BLAZE-v2.5.1.sh
