module load bioinfo/BLCA/14ea3bf

Warning! By default 2 cpu are used on the node. Don't forget to adjust  -p option and --cpus-per-task option for Slurm.

Example directory for use on cluster:

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/BLCA/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_BLCA-14ea3bf.sh
