Load binaries and environment:

module load bioinfo/Bridger/r2014-12-01

Warning! By default  2 cpu are used on the node. Don't forget to adjust --CPU option of Bridger command and --cpus-per-task option for Slurm.

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/Bridger/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_Bridger_r2014-12-01.sh
