#Need Miniforge
module load devel/Miniforge/Miniforge3
module load bioinfo/CBS-tools/1a992d9

To unload module, unload  in order:

module unload bioinfo/CBS-tools/1a992d9
module unload devel/Miniforge/Miniforge3

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/CBS-tools/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_CBS-tools-1a992d9.sh (No data example found so just help option)
