Load binaries and environment:
------------------------------

-> Version v1.1.3

#Need Miniforge
module load devel/Miniforge/Miniforge3
module load bioinfo/CIRIquant/1.1.3

To unload module, unload  in order:

module unload bioinfo/CIRIquant/1.1.3
module unload devel/Miniforge/Miniforge3

Warning! By default 4 cpus are used on the node. Don't forget to adjust -t option of  CIRIquant command and --cpus-per-task option for Slurm.

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/CIRIquant/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_CIRIquant-v1.1.3.sh
