Load binaries and environment:
------------------------------

-> Version v0.9.10

#Need Miniconda
module load devel/Miniconda/Miniconda3
module load bioinfo/CNVkit/0.9.10

To unload module, unload  in order:

module unload bioinfo/CNVkit/0.9.10
module unload devel/Miniconda/Miniconda3

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/CNVkit/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_cnvkit-v0.9.10.sh
