Load binaries and environment:
------------------------------

-> Version v1.02

#Need Miniforge
module load devel/Miniforge/Miniforge3
module load bioinfo/CREPE/1.02

To unload module, unload  in order:

module unload bioinfo/CREPE/1.02
module unload devel/Miniforge/Miniforge3

Warning! By default 8  cpus are used on the node. Don't forget to adjust --cpus-per-task option for Slurm.

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/CREPE/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_CREPE_v1.02.sh
