Load binaries and environment:

-> Version v0.1.2

#Need Miniforge
module load devel/Miniforge/Miniforge3
module load bioinfo/CRISPR-HAWK/0.1.2

To unload module, unload  in order:

module unload bioinfo/CRISPR-HAWK/0.1.2
module unload devel/Miniforge/Miniforge3

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/CRISPR-HAWK/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_CRISPR-HAWK-v0.1.2.sh
