Load binaries and environment:

-> Version v2.3.2

#Need Miniforge
module load devel/Miniforge/Miniforge3
module load bioinfo/CRISPResso2/2.3.2

To unload module, unload  in order:

module unload bioinfo/CRISPResso2/2.3.2
module unload devel/Miniforge/Miniforge3

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/CRISPResso2/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_CRISPResso2-v2.3.2.sh
