Load binaries and environment:

module load bioinfo/CarpeDeam/1.0.0

Warning! By default all cpu are used on the node. Don't forget to adjust --threads option of  carpedeam commands and --cpus-per-task option for Slurm.

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/CarpeDeam/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_CarpeDeam-v1.0.0.sh
