Load binaries and environment:

-> Version v1.2.2


#Need Miniconda
module load devel/Miniconda/Miniconda3
module load bioinfo/CheckM/1.2.2

To unload module, unload  in order:

module unload bioinfo/CheckM/1.2.2
module unload devel/Miniconda/Miniconda3

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/CheckM/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_CheckM-v1.2.2.sh
