Load binaries and environment:
------------------------------

-> Version v1.7.8

#Need Miniconda
module load devel/Miniconda/Miniconda3
module load bioinfo/ClipAndMerge/1.7.8

To unload module, unload  in order:

module unload bioinfo/ClipAndMerge/1.7.8
module unload devel/Miniconda/Miniconda3

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/ClipAndMerge/example_on_cluster

To subit: sbatch test_ClipAndMerge-v1.7.8.sh
