Load binaries and environment:
------------------------------

-> Version v8.0.0

#Need Miniforge
module load devel/Miniforge/Miniforge3

#Load Cogent, minimap2, mash and cDNA_Cupcake
module load bioinfo/Cogent/8.0.0

To unload module, unload  in order:

module un load bioinfo/Cogent/8.0.0
module unload devel/Miniforge/Miniforge3

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/Cogent/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_Cogent-8.0.0.sh
