Load binaries and environment:

-> Version v0.6.1

#Need Miniconda
module load devel/Miniconda/Miniconda3
module load bioinfo/CoverM/0.6.1

To unload module, unload  in order:

module unload bioinfo/CoverM/0.6.1
module unload devel/Miniconda/Miniconda3

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/CoverM/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_CoverM-v0.6.1.sh
