Database path (GXDB_HOME in module) : /usr/local/bioinfo/src/FCS-GX/fcs-gx-v0.5.4/gxdb

Example directory for use on cluster:

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/FCS-GX/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_fcs-gx-v0.5.4.sh
