Load binaries and environment:
------------------------------

-> Version v0.2

#Need Miniforge
module load devel/Miniforge/Miniforge3
module load bioinfo/FEELnc/0.2

To unload module, unload  in order:

module unload bioinfo/FEELnc/0.2
module unload devel/Miniforge/Miniforge3

Warning! By default 4 cpus are used on the node. Don't forget to adjust -p option of FEELnc and --cpus-per-task option for Slurm.

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/FEELnc/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_FEELnc-v0.2.sh
