WARNING! By default all cpu are used on the nodes.See -t option of flash command. Reserve t + 5 cpu with slurm (-c option)

Example directory for use on cluster:

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/FLASH/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_FLASH-1.2.11.sh
