Load binaries and environment:

-> Version v0.1-alpha

#Need Miniconda
module load devel/Miniconda/Miniconda3
module load bioinfo/Gamma-SMC/0.1-alpha

To unload module, unload  in order:

module unload bioinfo/Gamma-SMC/0.1-alpha
module unload devel/Miniconda/Miniconda3

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/Gamma-SMC/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_gamma_smc-v0.1-alpha.sh  (No data sample found, so just help option)
