Load binaries and environment:
------------------------------

-> Version v1.0.17

#Need Miniconda
module load devel/Miniconda/Miniconda3
module load bioinfo/GraphAligner/1.0.17

To unload module, unload  in order:

module unload bioinfo/GraphAligner/1.0.17
module unload devel/Miniconda/Miniconda3

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/GraphAligner/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_GraphAligner-v1.0.17.sh
