Load binaries and environment:
------------------------------

-> Version v1.0.3 (BUG with Spades. Load module bioinfo/SPAdes/3.15.5_compil after module bioinfo/HAPHPIPE/1.0.3)

#If need PredictHaplo
module load bioinfo/PredictHaplo/0.4

#Need Miniconda
module load devel/Miniconda/Miniconda3
module load bioinfo/HAPHPIPE/1.0.3
module load bioinfo/SPAdes/3.15.5_compil

To unload module, unload  in order:

module unload bioinfo/HAPHPIPE/1.0.3
module unload devel/Miniconda/Miniconda3

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/HAPHPIPE/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_haphpipe-v1.0.3.sh
