Load binaries and environment:
------------------------------

-> Version v1.0.7

#Need Miniforge
module load devel/Miniforge/Miniforge3
module load bioinfo/HapHiC/1.0.7

To unload module, unload  in order:

module unload bioinfo/HapHiC/1.0.7
module unload devel/Miniforge/Miniforge3

Warning! By default 8 cpus are used on the node. Don't forget to adjust --threads option of haphic command and --cpus-per-task option for Slurm.

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/HapHiC/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_HapHiC-v1.0.7.sh (No data sample found, so just help option)
