Load binaries and environment:

module load bioinfo/HipHap/0.1.0

Warning! By default 6 (8 with -p) cpu are used on the node. Don't forget to adjust   -t option of hiphap and --cpus-per-task option for Slurm

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/HipHap/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_hiphap-v0.1.0.sh
