#Need Miniconda
module load devel/Miniconda/Miniconda3
module load bioinfo/ICEscreen/1.3.2

To unload module, unload  in order:

module unload bioinfo/ICEscreen/1.3.2
module unload devel/Miniconda/Miniconda3

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/ICEscreen/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_icescreen-v1.3.2.sh
