Load binaries and environment:

module load bioinfo/Iris/1.0.5

#Warning! By default 4 cpu are used on the node. Don't forget to adjust threads option of Iris and --cpus-per-task option for Slurm.

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/Iris/example_on_cluster

To subit: sbatch test_Iris-v1.0.5.sh
