Load binaries and environment:

module load bioinfo/LINKS/2.0.1

Warning! By default 3 cpu are used on the node. Don't forget to adjust -j optio of LINKS and --cpus-per-task option for Slurm.

(LINKS will throw an error when threads (-j) exceed 4. See : https://github.com/bcgsc/LINKS/tree/master?tab=readme-ov-file#description)

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/LINKS/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_LINKS-v2.0.1.sh
