module load bioinfo/LJA/0.2

Warning! By default 16 cpu are used on the node. Don't forget to adjust -t option of lja command and --cpus-per-task option for Slurm.

Example directory for use on cluster:

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/LJA/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_LJA-v0.2.sh
