and (if needed):
module load devel/python/Python-2.7.18 bioinfo/samtools/1.18 bioinfo/Sambamba/1.0.1  bioinfo/samblaster/0.1.26

Example directory for use on cluster:

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/LUMPY/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_lumpy-sv-0.3.1.sh
