Load binaries and environment:

-> Version v1.6.3

#Need Miniconda
module load devel/Miniconda/Miniconda3
module load bioinfo/Liftoff/1.6.3

To unload module, unload  in order:

module unload bioinfo/Liftoff/1.6.3
module unload devel/Miniconda/Miniconda3

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/Liftoff/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_Liftoff-1.6.3.sh
