Load binaries and environment:

module load bioinfo/Look4TRs/6a08cec

Warning! By default all cpus are used on the node. Don't forget to adjust --thr option of  Look4TRs command and --cpus-per-task option for Slurm.

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/Look4TRs/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_Look4TRs-6a08cec.sh
