Load binaries and environment:

module load bioinfo/LtrDetector/1.0

#To run visualization tool, you are already in a virtaul env. So, juste run visualize.py

Example directory for use on cluster:

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/LtrDetector/exampl_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_LtrDetector-v1.0.sh
