Load binaries and environment:

module load bioinfo/MetaBAT/2.18

Warning! By default all cpus are used on the node. Don't forget to adjust  -t option of metabat2 command --cpus-per-task option for Slurm.

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/MetaBAT/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_MetaBAT-v2.18.sh
