Load binaries and environment:

module load bioinfo/MetaEuk/6-a5d39d9

Warning! By default all cpu are used on the node. Don't forget to adjust --threads option of metaeuk command and --cpus-per-task option for Slurm.

Example directory for use on cluster:

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/MetaEuk/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_metaeuk-v6-a5d39d9.sh
