Load binaries and environment:
------------------------------

-> Version v3.4.1

#Need Miniconda
module load devel/Miniconda/Miniconda3
module load bioinfo/NanoCaller/3.4.1

To unload module, unload  in order:

module unload bioinfo/NanoCaller/3.4.1
module unload devel/Miniconda/Miniconda3

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/NanoCaller/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_NanoCaller-v3.4.1.sh
