Load binaries and environment:
------------------------------

-> Version v1.4.0

module load bioinfo/NanoStat/1.4.0

Warning! By default 4 cpu are used on the node. Don't forget to adjust  NanoStat -t option of NanoStat commands and scripts and --cpus-per-task option for Slurm.

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/NanoStat/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch /usr/local/bioinfo/src/NanoStat/example_on_cluster/test_NanoStat-v1.4.0.sh
