Shared database configuration in /usr/local/bioinfo/src/OrthoMCL/OrthoMCL-v2.0.9/my_orthomcl_dir_template/orthomcl.config.template.
For your own database ask support.

Example directory for use on cluster:

To submit: sbatch test_OrthoMCL-v2.0.9.sh (No data found, so just help option)
