Load binaries and environment:

#Need Miniforge
module load devel/Miniforge/Miniforge3
module load bioinfo/PPanGGOLiN/2.2.1

To unload module, unload  in order:

module unload bioinfo/PPanGGOLiN/2.2.1
module unload devel/Miniforge/Miniforge3

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/PPanGGOLiN/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_PPanGGOLiN-v2.2.1.sh
