module load bioinfo/Paragraph/2.4a

Warning! By default 128 cpus are used on the node. Don't forget to adjust --threads option of paragraph command and --cpus-per-task option for Slurm.

Example directory for use on cluster:

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/Paragraph/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_Paragraph-v2.4a.sh
