Load binaries and environment:
------------------------------

-> Version v1.1

#Need Miniconda
module load devel/Miniconda/Miniconda3
module load bioinfo/PlasFlow/1.1

To unload module, unload  in order:

module unload bioinfo/PlasFlow/1.1
module unload devel/Miniconda/Miniconda3

models path: /usr/local/bioinfo/src/PlasFlow/PlasFlow-v1.1/models

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/PlasFlow/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_PlasFlow-v1.1.sh
