Load binaries and environment:
------------------------------

-> Version v23.04.20

#Need Miniconda
module load devel/Miniconda/Miniconda3
module load bioinfo/Plasmer/23.04.20

To unload module, unload  in order:

module unload bioinfo/Plasmer/23.04.20
module unload devel/Miniconda/Miniconda3

Warning! By default 8 cpu are used on the node. Don't forget to adjust --threads option of Plasmer command and --cpus-per-task option for Slurm.

Pre-built database path:  /usr/local/bioinfo/src/Plasmer/Plasmer-v23.04.20/db 

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/Plasmer/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_Plasmer-v23.04.20.sh
