Load binaries and environment:
------------------------------

-> Version v0.1.9

#Need Miniconda3
module load devel/Miniconda/Miniconda3
module load bioinfo/PretextMap/0.1.9

To unload module, unload  in order:

module unload bioinfo/PretextMap/0.1.9
module unload devel/Miniconda/Miniconda3

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/PretextMap/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_PretextMap-v0.1.9.sh
