module load bioinfo/Prost/0.7.60

Warning! Default value for the '--max-threads' parameter is 4. Don't forget to adjust --max-threads  option of prost commmand and --cpus-per-task option of sbatch

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/Prost/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_prost-v0.7.60.sh
