Example directory for use on cluster:

#To use Genemark-ES:
cp /usr/local/bioinfo/src/GeneMark/gm_key  ~/.gm_key

Warning! By default all cpu are used on the node. Don't forget to adjust --threads option of prothint command and --cpus-per-task option for Slurm.
