Load binaries and environment:

-> Version v6.0.3

#Need Miniconda
module load devel/Miniconda/Miniconda3
module load bioinfo/RGI/6.0.3

To unload module, unload  in order:

module unload bioinfo/RGI/6.0.3
module unload devel/Miniconda/Miniconda3

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/RGI/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_rgi-v6.0.3.sh
