# Need Minimap2 or  Unimap, or Nucmer
module load bioinfo/Minimap/2-2.24 (or bioinfo/Unimap/0.1 or bioinfo/MUMmer/4.0.0rc1)

module load bioinfo/RagTag/2.1.0

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/RagTag/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_RagTag-v2.1.0.sh
