Load binaries and environment:

module load bioinfo/RootDigger/ae2b735

Warning! By default all cpu are used on the node. Don't forget to adjust --threads option of rd and --cpus-per-task option for Slurm.

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/RootDigger/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_root_digger-ae2b735.sh
