Load binaries and environment:

module load bioinfo/SIFT4G/8fd9f40

Warning! By default 8 cpu are used on the node. Don't forget to adjust -t option of sift4g command and --cpus-per-task option for Slurm.

Example directory for use on cluster:

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/SIFT4G/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_sift4g-8fd9f40.sh
