#Need Miniconda
module load devel/Miniconda/Miniconda3
module load bioinfo/SQuIRE/0.9.9.92

#Need KentUtils
module load bioinfo/kentUtils/370


To unload module, unload  in order:

module unload bioinfo/SQuIRE/0.9.9.92
module unload devel/Miniconda/Miniconda3

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/SQuIRE/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_SQuIRE-v0.9.9.92.sh
