Warning! By default 8 cpu are used on the node. Don't forget to adjust -wp option of signalp6 command and --cpus-per-task option for Slurm.

Example directory for use on cluster:

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/SignalP/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_signalp-4.1.sh or cd signalp-6.0 && sbatch test_signalp-6.0.sh
